What I  Do

Here is the short of it.  I've been writing music for commercials, TV, and Film for over 15 years.   I've written music for many different clients including Southwest Airlines, The University of Texas,  Delta Airlines, Wal-Mart, Sonic, Texas Tourism, Bud Light, Miller Lite, Corona  (most of the beer companies), AT&T, Shell, Time Warner, Chili's, AppleBee's and Rolling Stone Magazine  to name a few.  My agent said I should mention some of the people I've worked with over the years... hum... hears a short list.  Harvey Schmidt and Tom Jones (they wrote The Fantasticks and a few other great musicals) Mathew McConaughey, Sandra Bullock, Shawn Colvin, David Byrne, Jon Blondell, Dale Watson, Brannen Temple, J.J. What else is Going on

I often work  for The University of Texas  writing music and doing sound design for the theater department.  I also teach at Texas State University in the Recording Department.  I started doing these gigs a couple of years ago because when I was in college I always wished there would have been someone I could have talked to about writing music for TV, Film, and Theater.
